By registering your interest in our free CANConnect event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Expression of Interest & Registration

Your registration for special activities, such as our complimentary hosted lunch, is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee attendance. Selected participants will be notified separately.

Consent to Use and Share Personal Information

You grant CANConnect permission to use your contact information to determine your eligibility to attend the event.

You further consent to having your information shared with our event sponsors, partners, affiliates, and suppliers for purposes including event coordination, networking, marketing, and promotional activities, as permitted by law.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are expressing interest in the services and offerings provided by these sponsors and partners and authorize them to contact you with relevant information.

Media Release & Marketing

By attending the event, you agree that any photos, videos, or recordings captured, along with any verbal or written testimonials you provide, may be used by CANConnect and its partners for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

No Cost Attendance

Participation in the event is offered at no cost to you. In exchange for your registration and the consents granted herein, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to any monetary or other compensation.

Limitation of Liability

CANConnect, its partners, sponsors, affiliates, and subsidiaries shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses, including lost items, travel costs, or negative publicity that may arise from your attendance or the sharing of your personal information.

You agree that any personal injury or harm sustained during the event is solely your responsibility.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CANConnect, its partners, sponsors, affiliates, and subsidiaries from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation in the event or the use and disclosure of your information as described herein.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for receiving future communications at any time, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

The failure of CANConnect to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By proceeding with your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
