11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Lunch, Networking and Appointment times
Enjoy a curated lunch competition provided by the best chefs from different venues, visit your partners in pre-booked appointment times that allow you to meet and get more facetime with those you need to speak with most, or network with everyone while enjoying some afternoon treats.
1:00 PM – 2:45 PM – Tradeshow Timed Power Networking & Supplier Round Table
Buyers: Meet suppliers in engaging, strategic power appointment times. You will be brought around the room in quick, timed sessions that allow you to grow your network, meet new partners, and gather some great ideas.
Suppliers without a booth: Participate in private collaborative roundtable discussions to share ideas and connect. The tradeshow floor is closed to suppliers without booths at this time. However, we have structured a great opportunity to connect with your industry professionals in a facilitator lead round table discussion.
2:45 PM – 4:00 PM – Buyer Reception - Everyone welcome
Wrap up the day with an exclusive prize draw for buyers. Enjoy a live DJ, cash bar, and networking with your peers and partners. Buyers must be present to collect their prize. Any uncollected prizes will be returned to the vendor or donated to MPI Charity.
