We believe that everyone should have equal access to our events. Our comprehensive approach to accessibility ensures that all attendees can fully participate and enjoy our venues without barriers. Below you’ll find the many ways we accommodate diverse needs.

Physical Accommodations

We strive to ensure that every attendee can move freely and comfortably throughout our event spaces.

  • Extra room will be available in all meeting areas to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility assistive devices.
  • Low table tops will be provided for food and beverage stations, in addition to regular settings, allowing easy access for everyone.
  • All venues will include accessible routes to main areas using ramps or elevators.

Sensory Support

We understand that sensory experiences affect everyone differently and have taken steps to create comfortable environments.

  • All events will include a designated low-sensory room for attendees to rest, restore, and reset.
  • Noise-dampening headsets or earpieces will be available upon request at the registration desk.
  • Event lighting will be set to 25% below the average full light setting for a softer, more comfortable atmosphere.
  • We encourage all participants to help maintain a scent-free environment.

Anxiety and Emotional Support

We recognize that social and professional gatherings can be overwhelming or cause anxiety for some individuals. Our team is here to make the experience supportive and welcoming.

  • A trained support representative will be available at every event to assist with introductions and help connect buyers and suppliers.
  • We offer a text-based support line where you can request details in advance — including floor plans and event information — to help reduce uncertainty.
